How to contact a seller #
At MySocially, multiple sellers can sell a product. The final seller who receives the social buy collective order, is based on the price offered by the seller and seller reviews. A customer can contact a seller once the ordering window has been closed and the seller has been assigned the order.
How to contact a seller:
- Go to Order History.
- Select an order and click on order details.
- For all products for which the ordering window has been closed, the customer will be able to see Seller Name a ‘Contact Seller’ option.
- Click on ‘Contact Seller’ to send a message to the seller
