Jabra Elite 45e Wireless Headphones Review
The Jabra Elite 45e is excellent for a mixed usage around-the-neck earbuds that is great for sports. If you’re looking for a comfortable earbud design that is versatile enough for a wide variety of use cases, get the Jabra Elite 45e

The Jabra Elite 45e is excellent for a mixed usage around-the-neck earbuds that is great for sports. They have a more portable and flexible design than most around-the-neck headphones since they don’t have a rigid neckband. Their earbud fit is also a bit more comfortable than typical in-ears since they don’t enter your ear canal as deeply. Their performance is in-between the similarly designed Elite 25e and Elite 65e although those models have more rigid neckband designs that won’t be as portable. Unfortunately, the Elite 45e are average-sounding-at-best and don’t isolate much noise when compared to other Jabra headphones because of the earbud fit. On the upside, they are compatible with the Jabra Sound+ app which offers decent customization with sound presets and a good 5-band EQ. They also have an excellent wireless range and can connect to 2 Bluetooth sources simultaneously, which is very convenient if you typically use your headphones with multiple devices.

WHY SHOULD YOU BUY JABRA ELITE 45E?

If you’re looking for a comfortable earbud design that is versatile enough for a wide variety of use cases, get the Jabra Elite 45e. It doesn't have a rigid and bulky neckband design like the Elite 25e or Elite 65e. Also, thanks to their earbud fit, they’re a bit more comfortable than typical in-ears since they don’t enter the ear canal as deeply. Unfortunately, this also means they do not create an air-tight fit in your ear canal like regular in-ears, which results in poor noise isolation performance. They probably won’t be a great choice for commuting and to use in very noisy conditions. Their design is also suitable for sports since they’re very breathable and stable enough when working out. Overall, the Jabra Elite 45e are decently mixed usage earbuds, good for most activities with a flexible neckband design that some will prefer over traditional around-the-neck headphones.
